Project Scope
Fully Tailored Fixed Fire Protection Solution
New Installation: Fire Water Pump Room, Fire Water Supplies and Automatic Fire Sprinklers
Construct dual fire water circular tanks, each 13.37 meters high with an effective capacity of 444,000 cubic meters. Construct fire pump room containing twin robust diesel fire water pumps. The fire pump room is fitted with dual diesel fuel tanks, main electrical DB box, gauges, valves, flow meters, exhaust and piping. The piping leads off to the warehouse facility where piping and sprinkler heads are installed. By entrusting their project with Fire Order Pty Ltd, we delivered a safe and effective automatic fire sprinkler solution that is fully tailored to the client’s individual insurance requirements and property layout.
Geotechnical Repairs
After design phase, the installation phase starts with removing, compacting and repairing earth, as per Engineer’s specifications.
The Fire Pump Room
Fully fitted with dual pumps when required, to ensure water is supplied to key areas for approximately 60 or 90 minutes based on the hazard classification.
Laying A Solid Foundation
Made from steel and concrete, ensuring the twin fire water pumps, weighing 2,500kg each, plus water tanks, are fully supported.
ICV Designed with Precision
Crucial component in any fire protection system. The gatekeeper, controlling the flow of water into the fire sprinkler system.
Fire Water Tank Construction
Dual Fire Water Tanks are built from the top down, one layer at a time. The interior is fitted with a food grade PVC Plasticised bladder.
Wet Automatic Fire Sprinklers
The warehouse is equipped with adequate piping, upright sprinkler heads, hose reels and hydrants, ready for any emergency.
